Findings
MRI Brain reveals inferior vermian hypoplasia with enlarged posterior fossa and anterolateral displacement of the cerebellar hemispheres.
Incomplete formation of the fourth ventricle which communicates with a prominent posterior cranial fossa subarachnoid space is seen.
Severe hydrocephalus with prominent ventricles and thinning of cerebral cortex noted - likely due to aqueductal stenosis.
