Sylvian fissure lipoma with angiomatous core

Findings
A well-defined extra axial lesion is noted in the left Sylvian fissure with predominant fat content showing suppression of signal in post contrast fat-suppressed T1 WI.
An enhancing vascular core is noted within the lesion.
Overlying Sylvian cortex is thickened with closely packed gyri.
Diagnosis
Left sylvian fissure lipoma with angiomatous core and overlying polymicrogyric cortex
