Findings
Ascending aorta is seen splitting into dominant , larger & more superior right and smaller and lower left arch .
Forming a vascular ring encasing trachea and esophagus with indentation over trachea.
The two arches uniting posteriorly forming descending aorta.
The two brachiocephalic arteries arise separately from right and left arch with four vessel sign.
No other wise cardiac anomaly
