Findings
These are images from a triphasic CT scan of the abdomen showing dilated coeliac artery, common hepatic, proper hepatic, and left gastric artery with a focal saccular aneurysm arising from the proper hepatic artery in a cirrhotic liver in the early arterial phase. Diffuse nodular enhancement of the liver is seen in the arterial phase. The aneurysm is shown to drain in the right hepatic vein. Multiple smaller similar lesions are seen scattered in b/l lobes of the liver.

Note is also made of the dilated coronary sinus. Moderate free fluid is present in the peritoneal cavity.

Diagnosis
hepatic arteriovenous malformations
