The different Radiologist and institution use different abbreviations for the measurement of the size of the Tumor or Pathology.

The CT and MRI are multi-dimensional modalities. Hence, every discrete pathology should be documented in 3 Dimensions. This helps for pre-planning of surgery for Surgeons or follow up of cases.

But different abbreviations used to define the size of the Pathology, sometimes create confusion specially for new Physicians or Surgeons. This can lead to misunderstandings and also can create legal issues.
