How to decode a Referral Letter from a Doctor recommending Diagnostic Tests?

Doctor-refeeral-letter Diagnostic Test Recommendation

Many a times, it is handwriting that categorises a person. Even before stethoscope or apron, what defines a doctor is his handwriting.  Let it be any country or culture, the handwriting of a doctor is a typical representation of his camaraderie. A comical impression : If it is not readable, it must be doctor's prescription. As if the consultation in way not just a paper but copyright asset with every letter speaking whom does it belong to ! A mystique style of writing does call out Doctors Identity in non-spiritual way while additional sauce of medical lingo/short forms makes life more interesting for others. Not even statutory bodies or authorities precluded, they have no weapons to control. Better stakeholders mend ways and decrypt handwriting only.

It is far interesting if the audience is not just one but a range of stakeholders. Lets take a case of diagnostics: A note or letter from a Referral doctor suggesting MRI or CT Scan Study is good specimen. This note first drops at patient's hand then it travels to receptionist at the (given?) Diagnostic Centre, then technician , then to Radiologists of this centre, in that sequence. What study is asked for, Patient has no idea before entering Diagnostic Zone.

Very few times that sequence is reversed.

Only on TeleradiologyHub , the patient has privilege to decode Referral Letters (They can also get best interpreted Diagnostic Reports) in just 5 mins. How?

On Teleradiologyhub.com, patients find it quite easy to interact on SMART CHATBOX where they share their referral letters as shown in Pic 01, 02  & 03. Simultaneously these letters or report s are shown to available Radiologists on the platform in real time (scotting 200+ radiologists on the platform) . The inputs from the Radiologists are provided to patient - he comes to know which MRI or CT Study is actually recommended. Then  it becomes easy for him to get prices of the same. It affects him greatly as in some places- MRI Plain Brain costs Rs 6000 and MRI Brain P&C costs Rs 9000 similarly Whole Spine Screening costs Rs 3000 whereas Whole Spine Study costs Rs 20,000. The platform sends the interpretation referral letter to stakeholders within diagnostic ecosystem by adding any protocol or sequence. All decoding takes place in few minutes, its interesting !! The medical lingo is safely decrypted for the receiver without data loss.

Please see following examples:

Radiologist Interpretation: Case 1:
1. MRI Left Shoulder without contrast . Just a plain study .

 Radiologist Interpretation: Case 2:
1. MRI Sacroiliac Joint 2. MRI Whole spine screening.

Radiologist Interpretation: Case 3:
1. MRI Brain Plain Study
