Basal ganglia, thalami, corpus callosum, internal capsule, hippocampi and cerebral peduncles are normal. Brainstem, cerebellar hemispheres and vermis appear normal.
No evidence of fresh infarct, acute bleed or space occupying lesion in brain parenchyma.
The lateral, third and the fourth ventricles are of normal size, shape and position. There is no midline shift.
The basal, supra/para sellar and sylvian cisterns are normal. Extracerebral CSF spaces are clear.
The pituitary gland and infundibulum are normal.
The major visualised intracranial arteries and dural venous sinuses show normal flow void signals.
The orbital contents appear normal on both sides.
The visualised paranasal sinuses are clear. No significant deviation of the nasal septum.
Skull, scalp and mastoid cells are unremarkable.
