MRI Pelvis Plain & Contrast Report Template

Uterus is normal in size, shape and morphology. The junctional zone is maintained. No focal lesion.

Cervix show normal endocervical lining and stroma. No obvious lesion is seen in cervical canal in present examination.

Both ovaries appear normal. Adnexa are clear. 

Urinary Bladder is partially distended and shows clear lumen.

The visualized distended bowel loops appear normal in morphology.

No obvious pelvic mass or enlarged lymph nodes.

Both sacro-iliac joint appears normal. The joint space is maintained with no joint effusion.

Bony pelvis, pelvic musculature and pelvic vasculature structures appear within normal limits.
