Radiograph of lumbar spine in anteroposterior and lateral view with flexion and extension maneuver obtained.
Findings
The lumbar lordosis is maintained.
Vertebrae show normal architecture.
Transverse process, spinous process, pedicles and laminae are intact.
No lysis or listhesis is seen on flexion and extension maneuver.
Intervertebral disc spaces are normal.
No abnormal paravertebral soft tissue shadow is seen.
Impression
- No significant abnormality is seen.
