Both cerebral hemisphere shows normal signal and morphology. The gray-white differentiation is maintained.
Basal ganglia, thalami, corpus callosum, internal capsule, hippocampi and cerebral peduncles are normal. Brainstem, cerebellar hemispheres and vermis appear normal.
No evidence of fresh infarct, acute bleed or space occupying lesion in brain parenchyma.
Post contrast study show no abnormal enhancing focus in brain. No abnormal enhancement of leptomeninges or cranial nerves.
The lateral, third and the fourth ventricles are of normal size, shape and position.
The basal, supra/para sellar and Sylvian cisterns are normal. Extracerebral CSF spaces are clear.
There is no midline shift.
The pituitary gland and infundibulum are normal. The optic chiasm and optic tracts are normal.
Bilateral IAM, CP angles, VII-VIIIth cranial nerve complex, semicircular canals and cochlea appears unremarkable. No evidence of acoustic Schwannoma.
The major visualized intracranial arteries and venous sinuses show normal flow void signals. The dural sinuses are normally filling with the contrast, with no signs of dural sinus thrombosis.
The orbital contents appear normal on both sides. Optic nerves are normal.
The visualized paranasal sinuses are normal. No significant deviation of the nasal septum.
Skull, scalp and mastoid cells are unremarkable.
